Updated Rosters

So, since they said theyll update franchise rosters next week, shall we hold and restart when they update em? Just wondering

Umm, why? Just do a different franchise with new rosters. Why kill a franchise with 32 users? How often do you get that going? And why wait what could be another week to play games?

up to the league...if majority wants i guess?

im just asking SBS not stating that we should do it, every1 has different standpoints and i just want to see what others think

i'm up for another franchise if everyone wants to do that. i just dont think we should waste the time we spent on this one is all.

I'm all for it, not because I really care about the new rosters, but because my week 1 game had already been played when I joined the league and since we haven't advanced to week 2 yet, I'd love to have an opportunity to actually play my week 1 game instead of starting 0-1. I'm not sure if other new owners are in the same position. Seems to me the whole point of an online franchise is to play your games against real people so why sims games against teams that aren't taken well before the advance date?

They weren't simmed. The owners played the games against our request. There was really no way to stop it. One loss won't ruin your season though. You can still easily make the playoffs.

Sorry, I didn't mean simmed in the sense of CPU vs CPU. I meant that it got played Human vs CPU instead of Human vs Human, to clarify. I joined the league on Weds and my team already had a loss in week 1 so I couldn't play the game, pretty much just been hanging out and signed my 3 players. But yeah, I'm just saying it would be nice to have that opportunity now that we have 32 owners for everyone to play their week 1 game if we are considering doing this for the updated rosters. But I'm in either way. And a Wk1 loss isn't killer, but it certainly doesn't help the cause for a team like the Skins.

You should be alright. I think the fact that people have done trades also makes it tough to restart. A decent amount of time was put into this one already. I think we can get a good league going as is so we should really keep with it.

honestly i think that we should just keep going with this one and start another. 32 teams is almost impossible to get and so many trades have been worked out over the past few weeks.

maktarjive, sorry dude. I played that game before I realized how intense this league is. I'm usually in leagues with much less teams and I figured no one would be the Redskins if they could avoid it. haha. But we play again later in the season and I'll sit that one out and let you play the computer if you want.
